Snow from a PA Sewage Plant?

State College, PA woke up to an unsual snow event on December 7th. With dense freezing fog overnight and additional moisture from a local sewage threatment plant, a small 3 square mile area just east of State College received light snow! The snow actually accumulated a few tenths of an inch, but don't worry, it was still white...More here
