For over a decade, our expert meteorologists have provided accurate and
dependable, Certified Snowfall Totals (CST)TM
available to both snow plowing
contractors and property managers. Weather Works has become the
leading provider in the Northeast, although we do provide our service
to other select locations
across the United States.
For a small annual fee, you can subscribe to our
proprietary on-line certified snowfall totals service. Our meteorologists collect, disseminate and verify for
accuracy, hundreds of storm reports immediately following each storm to
ensure that you receive payment or handle billing promptly.
Snow Plowing
Contractors - provide
your clients with a printed copy of our Certified Snowfall TotalsTM
to support your billable hours
and the number of inches of snow or ice removed.
Property
Managers - receive certified, third party snowfall totals to verify
invoicing from your snow contractor. This will
save
you a large sum of money and insure fair billing. |

How are the reports
prepared? The reports are
tabulated and summarized into an easy to read format, which we certify
for accuracy. Each report
contains an exact snow and/or ice total to a tenth of an inch for each
of your sites as well as a narrative summary of the major
components of each storm; such as, start and end times of snow and ice,
temperature throughout the storm, variations in intensity and
precipitation, etc. We
allow you to choose from as few as 1 – 4 sites, to 20
or more. Prices vary
according to the number of locations selected.
Pay for one location and the 3 other sites are FREE (within a certain distance). Best of all, you can access
these reports online within 24 - 48 hours following each storm event.
Your sites can be as specific as zip code or as general as a city or
town. Access your snowfall reports by logging on to our database with your customized username and password. You have the option to sort through your site specific data by season, month, or a particular storm. The snowfall totals are permanently archived in the database for easy access to find out how much snow accumulated at your sites at any time. Best of all, there are no long lists of towns to sort through and you do not have to estimate totals from a map. Not only are totals available for each storm, but monthly and seasonal totals are represented in an easy to read bar graph all at the click of a button.
