  As inclement weather approaches, our meteorologists will issue your first alert in the early morning and/or 24-48 hours prior to the onset of the anticipated event. Alerts provide details on anticipated arrival, intensity, duration, accumulation confidence and any other types of critical hazards that may affect your operation. A second update is generally issued in the afternoon or as conditions become imminent.  Additional updates are sent through the course of the storm.

• Pre-storm "Heads Up" Notification (Optional by phone or text message)
  Keep your mind at ease knowing that notification from a meteorologist will be made 1-4 hours prior to the anticipated arrival of the storm. Our optional overnight monitoring will keep an eye on snow showers that may threaten your site.

  Keep all parties on the same page for billing.  We document and verify thousands of reports for each zip code after each storm, tabulate and summarize them into an easy to read format, which we certify for accuracy.  In addition to snow / ice totals, we include a detailed summary of the major components of each storm such as start / end times, temperature, blowing / drifting snow, etc.
